Please read carefully the terms governing the use of our strategic consulting and internal audit services.
Shathaayushi provides consulting services in strategic planning, internal audit, corporate governance, financial risk management, and capital structure optimization. All services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The Client is obligated to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the services. Shathaayushi undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to perform the services with professional diligence.
Shathaayushi shall not be liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law. The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of services paid in the last 12 months.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with a 30-day written notice. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the contract may be terminated immediately.
Shathaayushi reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated to clients at least 15 days before its entry into force.
